Healthy Tips : Daily Exercise for Health

Make your body in health condition with a little exercise that you have to do everyday.

You can follow this suggestion no matter your age. Simple exercise to increase your health and manage your weight. Keep you in good condition. Combine with healthy diet for the best result.

1. Walking 10 minutes a day to increase your healthy level.

Most people think that they have to work out in gym for an hour or more to keep your health in high level. No pain No gain. But you need only 10 minutes walking for increase your fitness level, 10 minutes for newbie in work out, you can give more time if you feel you enjoy it.

2. Don’t use modern electricity

Modern facility like elevator can make you become a lazy person, use stairs if you only go to third or fourth level in your office. Use a basket better then a trolly.

3. Crunch in your bed

Doing crunch everyday in your bed in the morning, maybe first time you can try 10 stomach crunches in the morning and at night before go to bed. You can increase after a week. You will get flatter stomach as a reward.

This is maybe just a little work and not make you get sweat, but it help you to increase you fitness level and your health.

Simple exercise for health, but remember to do this everyday
