Healthy Food That Make You Fat — Part 1

Most people do this big mistake, they choose this food for their diet, they think that the food can help them to be success on diet. Unfortunately, they are really loaded with fats, preservatives and hidden calories… all big saboteurs if you are eating to get a slimmer belly, thighs and/or butt.
Here some food that can make you fat :
1. Diet Soda
Don’t you ever think that soda is good for your diet or not. There’s can create more insulin for your body if you drink diet sodas, which is means that more sugar . Diet soda also inhibits the hormone leptin which regulates your metabolism and appetite so you want to make sure you order your meals with water! That also helps you drink the correct amount of water per day.
2. Pretzels
People think that pretzels is better than potato chip but they think is big wrong. Pretzels are made with enriched white flour which can warned you in the past is no for your belly fat diet. Pretzels is riches with carbohydrate, as you know that we have to avoid that on diet.
3. Fruit Juices
Sound so healthy right? Fruit juices in the morning, good for our health and stamina. You must be shock wen I said you wrong, that’s not good but its horrible. Most of fruit juices have so much sugar in them because more of them only contain 5 % natural fruit juice. Eat the fruit is better than the juice, or maybe you can make your own fruit juices without sugar, you can replace with honey. More delicious and healthy.
4. Complete Salad Kits
For busy person this is a good choices than burger or any other fast food, but can you image the dressing ? The dressing can contain a lot of calories and more fat for you. The light varieties are better.
5. Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter
Everybody love peanut butter. The reduced-fat variety seems like a great idea but the fact that what they remove is replaced with fillers and there is no calorie reduction with the fillers. Also the fat that is removed is the kind that is actually good for you. Yes, there is some good fat! If you just use a little less of the regular kind you’ll be a lot better off.
