Here another “Healthy” food that will make you fat.

6. Poultry Hot Dogs

Most people think that hot dog with turkey or chicken are much better than meat or pork, but they have a big mistake thingking. All hot dogs include skin and fat so you are not receiving any benefit from eating poultry dogs. If you want a really diet hot dog, you better choose the low fat dog or fat free dog.

7. Cereal Bars

You can find lots of cereal bars as health, low fat and are not responsible for calories, but you should look. Most of cereal bars in supermarkets are high in sugar and saturated fat. Make sure the labels for a low-fat, sugar and calorie content before you start your morning with an addition to your belly!

8. Frozen Yogurt

Most people hear the word yoghurt and ask for a second think that because it’s yogurt must be good for you… wrong! Most frozen yogurt have a lot of added sugar, which means that you lick more calories. If you’re looking for the low-fat yogurt and frozen ga sparingly, you can occasionally.

9. Rice Cakes

So people in my office to say what long-filling over rice cakes. If it is low in fat would you think it would be a great thing to have. But rice cakes can cause you to spike blood sugar and may result in having your body stores unwanted fat from curbing the ability to write. Not only that, but most people choose the flavored rice cakes, which are filled with sodium.

10. Granola

All these wonderful things healthy summed should be good for you? “Well actually granola contains about 350 calories and 12 grams of fat per 3 / 4 cup. With all the sugar in it, you can see what is really fattening. Nowaday you can get the new low-fat or low-sugar granola is not so bad to snack.
As you can see there are many things so many of us think are really “Healthy Diet Foods” when really they are not. Stay clear of these not-so-healthy-make-you-fat diet foods and you may finally be able to lose those extra pounds hanging around your tummy.
