A little sweat for a healthy life, 30 minutes a day will give you a huge different in your life. Try a liitle workout in the morning, you will have more energy for your entire day, more glowing skin and happier feeling.
3. Stop Smoking
Smoke is your big enemy for beauty and health. Nikotin is bad for your heart and skin, your skin will look older than your age. And increase your risk for heart attack.
4. Enough sleep
Night is the best way to reapair everything. Sleep at least 7 hours in a day with a good quality can give you enough time to repair your skin, and heal your body automaticly. Don’t sleep to late, because 11 pm – 1 am is the time for your skin to regeneration.
5. Free from makeup
