Almost woman and man are love this topic. I will give you a little tips so you can lose weight in healthy way.

1. Control what you eat and exercise

This is the most important thing in lose weight. You have to control what you eat, you have to know what you in a day and have an exercise to burn more calories.

2. Change your lifestyle

Make it as your lifestyle, how you eat, what you eat, your healthy life, so you can lose weight even your are not diet, because you have a healthy life. Workout is a style too, like you can live without it.

3. Have a group

Have a community that have a same lifestyle and want to be health forever, so you can support each other. It make you do this more easy then you do it by yourself.

4. Take Before and after photo

I know that not all people want to do this, but this is the way that can support you to lose weight. You will see the different and you can still doing your health lifestyle.

5. Tell your family

You need someone who close to you to support you. And family in your home is the best person to support you. Tell your family about your plan to lose weight, so they can help you or maybe they can change their lifestyle too.
